| Merriam Pinnacle (The Merpin) at 11180'~ is on the East Spur of Mt Idaho in the Lost River Range. This summit was first reached by WA McIntyre and OJ Smith of Twin Falls, ID on July 11,1964. They used a rope to negotiate the 40' knife edge just NE of the summit.
